Rofin Australia Pty Ltd was established in 1978 as a Scientific Instrument marketing company. Since 1988 the company has developed its own range of products which it markets worldwide, undergoing a period of dynamic expansion.
The company develops and markets specialist products, systems and analytical instruments based on optical technology. Markets include industry, governments, police, and research laboratories. Rofin is involved in both import and export, with over 90% of its turnover coming from the sale of instruments developed and manufactured by Rofin itself.
